Meditation & Mindful Movement Workshop

As someone seeking balance in the arrangement of business, relationships, projects, and battling a chronic illness every day, I’ll be the first to admit that mindfulness is always something I strive for. SO, I’m excited to have our friend Tim Krupar coming to our space to guide us through a workshop!

Tim was introduced to and began studying Theravadan Buddhist meditation techniques in 2009. He has since maintained a daily practice, and with the blessing of Buddhist monks, now occasionally shares his experience with others through donation supported workshops.
Participants will be guided through 3 different meditation sessions (awareness of the body, loving kindness, and awareness of breathing) each bridged by mindful movement (basic stretching & walking). The practice will conclude with a short talk, discussion, and question & answer session.
There is absolutely no prior experience required; all practitioners from beginners to advanced are most welcome to participate. 
Participants are encouraged to arrive quietly, bringing along a comfortable seat/cushion should they have one (a zafu, a folded blanket, a yoga mat, a firm couch pillow, etc.)
These workshops are supported by donation only, giving according to what your conscience finds it worth.
